Notice of AGM

Notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Birkenhead United Association Football Club shall be held as follows:

Date: Wednesday, 22 August 2018 Time: 7:30pm Venue: BUAFC Clubrooms, Melba Ave, Beach Haven

Business: In addition to the normal business conducted at such meetings

1. Executive Committee Members Nominations must be received by the Club Secretary in writing (and on the clubnotice board), together with confirmation from the nominee that they are willing to stand for election, not less than 21 days prior to the AGM (i.e.by 1st August 2018.)

2. Members wishing to have any business considered at the AGM as General Business shall give written notice containing details of such business to the Secretary not less than 21 days prior to the date of the AGM (i.e. by the 1st August 2018).
